Overview

SetWise is an iOS and Android workout tracker built for lifters who want to log fast and understand progress at a glance. Track every set, keep your full training history in one place, and see the numbers that matter, without getting in the way of your workout. SetWise works offline by default, with optional sync when you want it.

Log a set in seconds - weight, reps, done. Less time on your phone between sets.

Live Session Mode keeps you on one screen while you train. Add sets fast, check history and PRs per exercise.

History & PRs built-in For every exercise, see recent performance and personal records right where you log.

Templates & Programs

Templates are your saved workouts - build a session once, then reuse it anytime with all exercises ready to go.

Programs (Splits) Programs organize your training week into a split (e.g. Push/Pull/Legs). Inside each program, you’ll find your workout templates for each day - ready to repeat, track, and improve over time.

History & Personal Records

Workout History keeps every session with date, duration, and key stats for quick review.

Personal Records are detected automatically (volume PR, total weight PR) so you can spot progress instantly.

Calendar View gives you a simple monthly overview of training frequency and workload.
