Terms of Use

These terms of use govern the use of the website setwise.app and the mobile application Setwise. By using the website, signing up for the waitlist, or creating an account in the app, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
1. Who is Behind Setwise

2. Purpose of the App
Setwise is an app for logging workouts and basic progress analytics. The app does not constitute health advice and does not replace consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist, or exercise specialist. All workouts are performed at your own risk.
3. Beta Version
Setwise is currently in beta phase. This means that: • errors may occur, some features may not work, or data may be lost • features may change or be removed • we may change or terminate access to the app or parts of the app at any time We cannot accept responsibility for data loss or other consequences related to the use of the beta version, except to the extent expressly required by applicable law.
4. Age Requirement
By using Setwise, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age, depending on your country's legal requirements for digital consent). If you do not meet this age requirement, you must not access or use the App.
5. Account Usage
As a user, you agree to: • provide accurate basic information where required • protect your account access and not share it with others • use the app in accordance with applicable law and these terms We may limit or terminate your account or access to the app if you: • use the app in a way that harms us or other users • attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities • violate applicable law or these terms of use You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by deleting your account by contacting us at info@setwise.app. Upon account deletion, your right to use the personalized features of the App will immediately cease.
6. Our Intellectual Property
While you retain ownership of the data you enter, Setwise and its founders retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including its original code, design, features, and branding. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our explicit written permission.
7. Content You Enter into the App
All data you enter into the app (e.g., workouts, exercises, sets, weights, notes) remain your data. By entering them, you give us permission to process them as part of the app's operation, including: • storage and backups • display within the app (e.g., statistics, analytics) • technical processes for maintaining and improving the service Processing of your data is described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.
8. AI Features
Some Setwise features may use artificial intelligence models (e.g., for converting text workout descriptions into a structured plan). • content you enter into AI features is sent to a selected provider (currently Google AI Studio), which returns the result • we do not guarantee that results will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific case • AI results do not constitute professional or health advice Use of AI features is voluntary – if you don't want to use them, simply don't use them.
9. Limitation of Liability
We strive to keep the app as stable as possible, however: • we do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free • we do not guarantee that all data will always be correctly saved or synchronized • we are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost workout data, lost progress, disruptions in app use), except where expressly required by law You are always responsible for your own training, choice of weights, techniques, and training frequency.
10. Connection to Privacy Policy
These terms of use are closely linked to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process your personal data. Both documents are available at: setwise.app/terms setwise.app/privacy By using the app, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with both documents.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms of use from time to time. The updated version will always be published at setwise.app/terms with the date of the last update. If there are significant changes, we will try to notify you through the app or email (if appropriate).
